• Protecting client's confidentiality:
- The information received by the specialist at the sessions is confidential.
- The specialist does not give to anyone the contact data of clients: phone number, e-mail address without written consent of the client.
- The specialist does not mention orally or in writing the client's names, the name of his/her organization, job area and the names of people and organizations mentioned in the process of work with the specialist.

• The time and date of the session are booked after 100% prepayment at least 24 hours before the session.

• All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance before booked session. If clients miss a scheduled session without 24 hours notice, the missed session must be paid by the clients. The same rules apply to the specialist.

• If client is late for the session, the session time is not extended, since there is a certain booked time for each client in the schedule.

• Session duration is 90 minutes.

• Therapeutic directions of the specialist: systematic approach in family counseling, psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT).

Conditions and responsibilities
